Architectural Accessibility
Wrocław Integration Centre, 49 Strzegomska Street, 53-611 Wrocław
Three access points service the premises: pedestrian gates on Strzegomska Street and Jaworska Street, plus vehicular access via Jaworska Street car park gates. All access points operate exclusively during Centre hours (Monday, Wednesday-Friday: 08:00-16:00; Tuesday: 08:00-20:00).
Designated disabled parking bays are available on the forecourt.
Assistance dogs are permitted throughout the premises without restriction.
The main entrance faces the pedestrian gates from both Strzegomska and Jaworska Streets. This entrance features stair access without wheelchair ramp provisions.
The secondary entrance (left side when facing main entrance) provides wheelchair-accessible lift facilities. The lift is situated immediately left of the entrance corridor.
Lift features include visual floor indicators, Braille markings, and audible annunciators. The building comprises levels: -1 (basement lift access), 0 (ground floor), 1 and 2 – all lift-accessible.
The Integration Centre Secretariat occupies Room 11 on the ground floor (Level 0). Wheelchair-accessible WC facilities are available on Levels 0-2.
Communicative and Informational Accessibility
Sign language interpretation services are not routinely available onsite. Requests must be submitted via email sekretariat@wci.wroclaw.pl or telephone 71 782 35 11 with minimum 7 days’ notice.
The premises are equipped with a Geemarc LoopHEAR LH102 V2 induction loop system.
